Cincinnati Test Systems has designed the manual ID CTS Connects with a cam lever for an operator to manually actuate a seal to compress into the inside surface of the part. The manual seals have the option of a fill port with handle (HIH), fill port only (HIF), or no fill port - dead head seal (HI).
