Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our manufacturing facility in Harrison, Ohio. Standard connects typically ship within 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently our store only ships to the continental U.S. However, we can absolutely ship worldwide, through our Sales group. Contact us at sales@cincinnati-test.com or use the Contact Form on this site to order items with international shipping.

How long will it take to process my order?

Standard connects typically ship within 5 to 10 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge flat fees for shipping within the United States. You can choose from the following shipping methods:

• Standard (2-4 days): FREE with orders over $500
• Standard (2-4 days): flat fee of $35 per order
• Express (1-2 days) Priority Overnight: flat fee of $75 per order
