Returns
What is your return policy?
CTS will accept returns on stocked products that are in new condition (have not been used or damaged) if returned within 60 days of receipt. Customers will be assessed a 25% restocking charge on all accepted returns.
CTS will determine, after receipt and careful inspection, whether or not to accept a product for return/credit. Returns/Credits will not be processed on used or damaged products. Used or damaged product received from customers will be returned to the customer promptly with an explanation as to why they were not accepted.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@cincinnati-test.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address once the RMA has been initiated with CTS:

How are refunds provided?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
