Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our manufacturing facility in Harrison, Ohio. Standard connects typically ship within 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently orders from our online store only ship to the continental U.S. However, we can absolutely ship worldwide, through our Sales group. Contact us at email sales@cincinnati-test.com to order items with international shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Standard connects typically ship within 5-10 business days and standard ground and expedited options are available at check-out.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We charge a flat fee of $35 per order for shipping. If your order is over $500, shipping is free. There is also an option for priority shipping at a flat rate of $75.

You may wish to purchase replacement seals for the connects when ordering to save future shipping costs.

Can I use my own freight account or preferred carrier?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer that capability through this shopping experience.
